The Orchard is nearby two of Austin’s most established neighborhood farms, Boggy Creek Farm and Springdale Farm. Both farms host special events and sell their produce throughout the week.
Galleries and studios continue to thrive throughout East Austin. Big Medium, Mass Gallery and Art Post are a few of the many establishments in the immediate area.
Outdoor Kitchen & Dining
The outdoor dining areas are lined with a variety of local herbs, including sage and rosemary. Residents can use these local ingredients to spice meals cooked in the outdoor kitchen area.
Tonya Noble, of Noble Design, has been selected to create 3 distinct interior finish packages. Each package mixes natural tones and classic tiling, achieving an effect that is historic, yet straight forward and clean. In addition to the finishes, Tonya has selected all lighting, hardware, and plumbing fixtures to further define the modern farmhome style.
Within the community, clusters of apple, peach, plum, and pear trees occupy most common areas. The trees flower and produce fruit throughout the year, which residents can harvest and enjoy.
The Orchard reaches back in time to capture some historic designs and wholesome gestures that can enrich lives today. The modern farmhouse blends new architecture and classic design into a clean, thoughtful aesthetic. Each floor plan is designed to maximize open space, functionality, and natural light.
The Orchard includes 3 dedicated dog areas. These open areas feature benches & trash containers, and will help your pups form a little community of their own.
